How I Start my Day

Beginning of the day is when one is fresh and full of energy and what better way to start the day – but with lots of positive thoughts about oneself and about the day ahead!



I start my day with two glasses of warm tulsi water and raw haldi followed by my morning ginger tea. My mornings are mostly easy without any rush as that it is the most important time of our day. I sit in my balcony which overlooks a beautiful tree blooming with flowers, looking at the rising sun, and pray to almighty to energize me with all the positive energy to make me strong and for all the people who come in contact with me and to help others to become strong. This is a very simple yet powerful way to bring happiness internally.

As humans, we all are prone to attract different energies; we can attract positive energies and repel negative ones if all our positive emotions are in harmony to make us strong.  Our emotions play an important role in creating positivity. Hence, to become emotionally strong, follow the below mentioned steps each day every morning

  1. Believe in yourself and don’t doubt your abilities
  2. Don’t be hard on yourself if you make a mistake rather learn from it.
  3. Meditate to calm your mind and body.
  4. Pray to become strong internally

Make these into habits and see how you not just transform yourself but help others transform too.
